XHP Fuel Sending Unit Assembly

This Billet machined 6061 Hard anodized aluminum sending unit plate is perfect for your engine conversion in H1 Hummers and HMMWV’s. This plate replaced the OEM unit and provided a much larger Fuel pickup tube to accommodate higher horsepower drivetrains and diesel lift pump systems with bypass filtration. The Kit includes a new universal sending unit and all of the required fittings to plumb your fuel system to the tank. The Sending unit plate is machined and the Mil Spec Hard Anodized for corrosion protection.
The Plate has the following connections:
- ½” Stainless pickup Tube with ½” Bard
- Lift pump return ½” NPT to ½” Barb 90 Brass
- Engine fuel return ⅜” NPT to ⅜” Barb 90 Brass
- Auxiliary tank Inlet ⅜” NPT to ⅜” Barb 90 Brass
- Fuel Tank Vent ⅜” NPT to ⅜” Barb 90 Brass
- ⅜” NPT Plug (optional – no aux tank)
