This product makes the process quick and takes out all of the guesswork. It allows the customer to focus on their vehicle build from body to interior and accessories. We handle all of the chassis, suspension, drivetrain and brake upgrades so you don’t have to spend countless hours of labor to replace and refurnish all the parts of your old truck before you even start to upgrade.
We charge a core for your chassis and can refund you all or some of the core charge when we receive your chassis after inspection, or you can just buy our chassis if you prefer.
Everything about the suspension and drivetrain tuning is tailored to your build specs and design intent, from armored HMMWV to high tech performance of a custom Hummer H1 build.
The frame is sandblasted and coated with a modern chassis coating, steering box gussets welded in, and reassembled with the new chassis hardware from our suspension kit. The drivetrain is pre installed and mounted with all new hardware and the XHP custom engine/trans mounts. The engine is test run in the chassis to confirm the completed drivetrain is ready to fire up and drive when you set your body on. We have more experience tuning and dialing in the drivetrain and suspension as well as braking than any other builders, in fact we have tuned ECM/TCM modules for every other builder Duramax powered H1’s and HMMWV’s. We can custom tailor your build from mild to wild with options for over 1000HP and over 1500ft-lbs of torque!
The key to this product is that there are no aspects of vehicle performance and handling left untouched. The coil-over suspension and big brake kit ensure you can put the Duramax power down to the ground but also control the vehicle, while stopping safely and confidently.
With everything new you don’t have to worry about whether your old suspension, drivetrain and brake are up to the task of handling the massive power and speed the Duramax/Allison provides. Not only will your build look amazing and new, but it will drive that way too.
